Free Shipping Guidelines

General

Once an order has been submitted, please allow up to 72 hours for it to be processed and shipped (generally orders will ship out sooner than this). All orders are shipped from the Handeholder Products Inc. Distribution Center in the state of Michigan via US Postal Service (standard shipping) No orders are processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. 
 
USPS Shipping
Upon shipment you will receive an e-mail notification containing tracking information so that you can view the status of your order. We can not guarantee a delivery date with this promotion, if you need your order by a specific date please contact sales@handeholder.com and someone will assist you, alternately you can call 1-888-665-7052 Ext 701 during normal business hours and an associate will help you with your order.
 
Rules for free shipping promo.
  • Only valid in the lower 48 US States
  • Orders must total $199.00 USD or more to be eligible
  • This promo can not be used on past orders
  • This promo may be changed or cancelled at any time.
  • Only USPS shipping will be provided for the free shipping. Handeholder reserves the right to use another service should we deem it is needed. For example, FedEx, UPS, etc.
  • Free shipping will be applied in the cart at checkout if your order qualifies for the promo
  • Only the following parts are eligible for the free shipping. The Handeholder, The Handeholder SK, all Verifone Standard and SK sleds, all Ingenico Standard and SK sleds, and all Miura standard and SK sleds. NO OTHER PRODUCTS WILL BE INCLUDED IN THIS PROMOTION

Backorders
If one or more of the items in your order is out of stock, your order will not ship until all items are available (applicable to both international and domestic orders). Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information shortly thereafter.
